She comes with a wide-ranging spectrum of clients across sectors such garments, retail, manufacturing, shipping, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, VCs, NBFCs, AIFs, HNIs, etc. She is proficient in the areas of advisory services, international and domestic taxation, litigation matters, statutory compliances and reporting. She also expertizes in corporate structuring, financing (inbound & outbound), VCFO functions, etc. With her strong analytical, taxation and advisory skills, Shikha brings to the table diversification in form of structuring the products, building and maintaining investor relations, innovative tax effective solutions and monitoring tax effective solutions across markets.
